It is is a three bedrooms flat of around 120 mq , on the first floor of an indipendent building placed on the central Via Diaz, just in the heart of the city , few steps distant from the island of Ortigia, listed as a world heritage site by Unesco, by one side, and the charming seaside area named "sbarcadero" wirh its little marina, by the other side .

A great place in wonderful Syracuse. Really comfortable for families, clean and equipped with all the amenities. The location is also great for everyone driving in Syracuse with car, a parking lot is right outside the apartment. More than happy to recommend to anyone visiting the city.
